If you wish to inquire about our tours, special events, consulting services, educational programs, commercial filming opportunities or simply wish to get involved with our make and mend program, use the Request Information Form.

If you have suggestions for improving our web site or any of our services or events, you may wish to use the Feedback Form, where you can comment on specific and general areas that interest you.

If neither of these options cover your requirements, then you can email our administration department. If you have submitted a form and not received a reply, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or email client (such as Microsoft's Outlook) may be blocking emails from konacloudforest.com. If you suspect that this may be the problem then check your security and access settings. Once the problem is resolved please re-submit a form with your request. You may wish to ask for an acknowledgement of receipt of your email once you have sent it to us. You should be able to configure your email client to do this automatically for you. However, you should receive an automatic response from our own email system, so this step should not be necessary.
